Copenhagen 7/7 2016. 75 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Summer landscape in the usual Skovlyst style on the label with a declaration that I am holding a "Mouthwatering Witbier".
Pours opaque hazy pale yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of sweet lemonade with citric overtones. Citrus, grapefruit and lemon. Quite summerlike actually.
Soft carbonation and watery palate. Gently tingling texture.
Flavor is a bit watery. Distinct citric sourness. Quite tart. A very refreshing trifle.
