Fort Drum Class Six

 

This is the Military liquor and beer store ran by the Army Air Force Exchange on Fort Drum. You have to have a military ID card to use it but it is a nice clean store with pretty good service. It is very inexpensive and there is no sales tax. The staff is not that knowledgeable and it has more of a selection of liquor and wine than beer. There are of course all the major breweries present, a good selection of macro and micro's from the local area and Canada. With the amount that military personnel travel they acquire a taste for a lot of foreign beers so the Class Six tries to carry a large stock of imports. There is a few different types of ciders too. It is the best selection in the Watertown area.
