330ml bottle served in a goblet.
Enjoyed at the "marche de noël", Montreux.
A: Pours a deep and clear amber color forming a medium bubbled yellow head and medium retention and few lacings left
S: Sweet caramel malts and ashes. Bready Lager yeasts
T: Simple as the nose. Very grainy beer. Sweet upfront with a bready Lager profile. Very light hoppy bitterness in the end. A little bit metallic too Gavin
M: Light to medium body. High carbonation. Slightly sweet grains aftertaste
O: Average beer. IMHO, a Lager, not an Ale

Here I am, on the 7th of May drinking a Christmas Beer/Noël Bière.
I had this swiss around for a while, so I decided to have it today with some pizza.
Appearance is surprising, a beautiful deep, translucent brown with nice red reflexes and good head.
Next is a very pleasant fruity smell with some hops.
As smell is the best part, taste is not bad too: sweet up front, notes of caramel and nuts, more bitterness in the end.
A good product from the country of cheese and chocolate, even if I prefer Italian cheese and Belgian chocolate...
