ack Hammer has been single handedly ripping it up for quite some time. Now this IPA, has spawned four hammer head off-springs.
Chili Hammer is the third of our super-charge hyped up hybrids. Chili and American hops combine for a flavour bigger than Texas. A star spangled burst of citrus, with grapefruit and mango, finally succumbs to a smooth chili kick. Let this hot tempered brute devour your senses.
Ingredients: water, barley, hops, chilli, yeast.

Golden colouor, small head that fades soon, small irregular lace.
Aroma of tropical fruits, fresh hops, some chili, pine.
Full creamy body, lively carbonation.
Taste, well, now there's a lot of chili that makes hard to appreciate any other thing, but I'll give it a try: tropical fruits, caramel, resins. Since I'm a lover of spicy hot food, I really can appreciate rhis beer. Very good.

330ml can from DogHouse, Glasgow (£2.57):
Interesting in some respects, it's not everyday you get to try a new chilli beer but it wasn't exactly a great tasting offering sadly. Compared to the last chilli beer I had, Neon Overlord also from Brewdog, this one was quite drinkable & didn't overpower but it's not the type of beer I'm likely to pick up ordinarily. There was some nice sweetness coming through early on & a few citrus bursts featured too but as you'd expect from this type of beer, the pepper & chillies dominated & beyond that everything else seemed like a bonus.
