Hazy amber color with a thin head with constant ring.
Mild aroma with predominant notes of grains, milk powder, lemon and juniper.
Acid flavor with notes of juniper berries, lactic acid, malt sweetness, tonic water, lime and pineapple. Dry and decreasingly acid aftertaste.
Medium body with slightly effervescent carbonation.
This actually felt like a gin tonic. Refreshing Berliner Weisse, a bit on the mild side of the style.
