Take the coastal road out East with this classic unfiltered IPA. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra, it delivers juicy tropical and citrus fruit character. Zesty lime sits alongside pithy orange, while pungent myrcene is balanced with ripe blackcurrant. Oats and wheat lay down a velvet texture beneath the juicy sweetness and subtle bitterness.

330ml Can from Brewdog.com (£2.10):
A little clearer than usual for the style, although I guess that explains the name, this beer is a lemon tinged amber with a two centimetre tall, bubbly white head that has decent retention for a 7.2% beer at least. The nose is lighter than expected too with a lemon aroma to start & hints of pepper before the pine hops & tropical notes finally start to come through once the beer opens up a little. There's some nice citrus & touches of grapefruit with a little more pine too. The taste was quite similar with plenty pine & grapefruit hops, it's a dry & slightly dank beer that's had some citrus showing in there as well. It's a light-medium bodied & well carbonated offering that had a very dry, sharp feel that was very much a New England IPA despite initial appearances; excellent stuff.

12 ounce can, BrewDog USA brewed version, canned on 01/31/19. Served in a BrewDog pint glass, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with about a couple inch white head that stayed around for a long time. There's also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like grapefruit, citrus peel, oranges and wheat/bready malt. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some tropical fruit and a bit of a red berry flavor noticeable too. Also a slight bitterness in the finish but it's mostly citrusy tasting. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a little creamy and coating with a good amount of carbonation. I liked this, certainly worth a try!
