Black colour with no translucence. Light beige foam, high and persistent.
The aroma has a slight roastiness, bubble gum, floral aromas?
The taste is also a little lacking in 'baltic'. There are sour apples, blackcurrant, roastiness very low.
Saturation high, fullness low to medium.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.2%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts, prunes, raisins, caramel, vanilla, chocolate and molasses. Smooth flavour, moderately roast malts with fruity notes of prunes, blackcurrants and plums. a hint of liquorice and coffee, moderate hops.
