330ml Can from brewery for their Fanzine series:
Quite a strong & boozy stout which isn't to be unexpected for the style, this one kicks off with quite a lot of sweetness from the chocolate & sugars, there's a little cherry coming through as well to compliment this. The beer is full-bodied & quite smooth with the little coffee bitterness showing but this was levelled out by the vanilla that followed. The balance wasn't too bad overall, there was a little alcohol showing but nothing that overpowered & the beer was a pleasant one to sip away at over the course of an hour or so.
