Hazy amber orange color with a thick head with great retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of oranges with stone fruit juice.
Flavor with notes of cantaloupe, tangerines with green resin, lots of stone fruit, spices, malt sweetness and some booze as flavor. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium velvety body with carbonation of tiny bubbles. Alcohol of 9% is very well disguised.
This was interesting. Concentrating and single hoping Mosaic actually changed a bit the nature of it. Juicy DIPA, literally, not the style.
