Copenhagen 10/6 2020. Very solid 50 cl glass bottle from Kvickly, Allerød. Brown label with schematics of a Robot head.
Pours unclear dark amber with a small bubbly white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving what looks like ice tea behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a medium strong odor of sweetish fruit soon overcome by stronger vinegary sourness. Moderately strong funk. Sweet grapes, apple cider. Lemon and unripe berries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a moderately strong sweetness followed by a stronger acidic sourness. Aftertaste is sour but with a redeeming sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
Sour but not without its own subtle sweet and funky charm underneath.

Solid amber color with a thick thin head.
Sour aroma with lots of horse sweat, wine and barnyard notes. Hints of lemon, pineapple and strawberry.
Flavor with notes of lemon, grapes, mild oak, sulfur, minerals, strawberries and sure a good deal of funkiness. Dry and acid aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Above average bold Sour, especially considering it did not come from Belgium and it is not really aged. Full of strawberries, grapes and funky notes.
