Copenhagen 29/12 2019. 33 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. BrewDogs usual design in green and metal.
Pours slightly unclear amber with a small white head. Settles as thin, lumpy layer of fom unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweetish and fermented with strong citric notes. Sweet exotic fruit . Mango and Papaya. Fermentation and turpentine. Sharp Grape fruit and citrus.
Medium carbonation. Medium thick, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate but harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a notable bitter, citric undercurrent. Lingering.
Heavy despite a "moderate" ABV and a bit harsh DIPA. I wonder if the “experimental” part is the odor of turpentine.
