Golden color with a thin head.
Citrusy aroma with notes of pine and lemon sourness.
Flavor with notes of lemon, cream, wheat, vanilla and powder milk sweetness. Then finishing with pine and dark chocolate mint. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This feels like beer mixed with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Sounds weird, and well, it tastes weird. Not sure the mint or wheat contributed to the feeling, or some bug, this is slightly sour.
