Copenhagen 13/4 2022. 47,3 cl can from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. Light and blue can in BrewDogs usual text-heavy design.

Pours unclear, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a fresh, wet, fruity odor mingling with zesty, citric fumes. Peach, pineapple and sweet melon. Light whiff of citrus and lemon. Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively ad tingling texture.

Flavor is moderately intense and watery with a medium strong sweetness followed ad balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thi. Bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.

Quite thin but drinkable American Pale Ale without aspiring to anything particularly interesting.

This is a very nice and a quite hop intensive pale ale. The overall tone of this beer is quite good, leaves you with a tasty and well balanced impression, and the choice of hops has got to be extraordinary because it still lingers on after having drank the beer, makes me want to drink one again.

Altamente crushable

Poured from a 440ml can .

Pours a very slightly hazy light yellow with a small tight bubbled head that leaves minimal lacing after it quickly disapears. The smell is super faint , slight fruitiness and slightly astringent. The taste sadly follow on , it's not quite there . There a little fruitiness, and little honey like sweetness, some decent hops as it warms but ultimately there's not a whole lot of flavour . The mouthfeel is highly carbonated and decent viscosity. Overall, it's average to a point . It doesn't have much of a smell and the taste is just . . . Bland . Let it warm a little for the flavour to kick in some and enjoy on a stinking hot day . I'd drink it but I'm not sure I'd pay my own money for it .

Bottle. Straw coloured with a billowy head receding to a scum.
Mild hoppy aroma. Citrus, pine and straw.
Light astringent flavour. The dried grass is prominent with a good malt backbone.
Soft carbonation. A quite refreshing feel.
Reasonable enough.

500 ml can, from Coop Extra Sauda. ABV is 4.3%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, crushed gooseberries and some citrus. Smooth flavour with the same elements as the aroma, moderate to low bitterness, refreshing and easy drinking. Might well buy again.

440ml can from Sainsbury's (£2.40):
Clear, light golden with a half centimetre, frothy white head that's a little thicker around the circumference. The nose is floral & relatively light, there's faint grassy notes, citrus & subtle hops but it should be a lot stronger. The taste is mainly pale malts, biscuit & grassy hops with a subtle grapefruit & pine finish that's slightly stronger than the nose thankfully. It's light medium bodied & tangy, the finish is semi-dry with fine carbonation; thankfully its not as bland as the nose suggested.
