APPEARANCE: Hazy amber, with a nice head of off-white suds. Medium lace.

NOSE: Tangy cranberry evident here, with following aromas of citrus and tropical fruit hops. Quite nice.

TASTE: Exquisitely fruity, with sour berries and tropical fruit and a bitter grapefruit finish. Superb!

12 oz can, dated 9/15/23

pours a clear orange rust color, with thick cream colored head. decent head retention. aroma is definitely pungent grapefruit, with the cranberry in there too. I'd say the taste is reversed, with the cranberry being more prominent. I'm not sure I'm a big fan on the flavor combination. pithy finish that is lingering and off putting. I love a bitter IPA, that is not the issue. . medium bodied.

Can number 3 in the advent box.
Pours a mostly clear deep gold color with a decent sized long lived bubbly white head. Grapefruit and cranberry are most prominent. Light bread and a hit of bitterness in the finish. Not too bad.

Nov. 2010: 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet (bestillingsutvalget). Batch #245. ABV is 8.2%. Brewed with cocoa nibs and ginger stems. Pitch black colour, big brown head. Very nice sweetish aroma of ginger, fresh Christmas cookies and cocoa. The flavour has strong notes of ginger, pepper and chocolate chip cookies. Some roasty coffee notes too, with a hoppy and roasty bitterness in the finish. Maybe a bit too far out on the "cookies" side, but an interesting and tasty beer all the same. Had no problems finishing the bottle.

Hazy amber with a 1.5" foamy, white head, which lasts. Moderate lacing.

Aroma of orange, grapefruit, pine.

Taste is orange zest, grapefruit zest, pine, light cranberry.

Medium body, light carbonation. Dry finish.

A very good tasting IPA.

I got a can of this beer from a mixed Christmas 2021 holiday 24pck that my wife got me. It poured a hazy amber with ruby grapefruit juice hue. There was a spotty lace from white head. The scent had grapefruit foundation and cranberry highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grapefruit and cranberry presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

The Brewdog Advent Calendar Apocalypse day 7.
Things sure are getting nuts around here. I just saw the neighbor's wife running from my other neighbor only he didn't look right and he was pretty slow. It looked like something had bitten a chunk out of his neck, but that couldn't be, right? Meanwhile, I am feeling odd. It could be all these Brewdogs.

This one opens with a citrus smell and pours to a beautiful light, reddish brown. It's a very unusual color and very pretty, with a big hat of foam that dissipated into lacing and a fine head. It tastes lighter than the 6.5 ABV, and it has a thin mouthfeel.

Recommended, unless this is the source of all the weirdness (someone else could have jumped the gun and drank them all and, dare I say it? Turned into some kind of monster. We'll see how things go over the next few days.

From the can in the BrewDog 2021 and 2023 Advent Calendar, it pours a clear reddish amber color with a nice off-white head that reduces to a thin layer and leaves lacing. Scent is Christmas - cranberry and grapefruit forward. Taste is tart cranberry and grapefruit flavored malt.
