Jet black, opaque body & reddish-brown he's of fine bubbles about 1cm & holding well. It's a really sweet nose, lots of chocolate, toffee, pecan & caramel with milky notes following them. The taste is more of the same but not quite as sweet, the toffee still dominates with lots of sugars, caramel sweetness & pecan. It's a milk chocolate base with some nutty malts & the body is close to full; it's quite smooth with fine carbonation. Overall a pleasant pastry stout but it's probably a little sweet.
