Copenhagen 12/11 2023. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Colorful can in BrewDogs usual design. Grey steel with overlapping shields in red and blue with purple in the overlap.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light odor og tropical fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. Mild peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and tart gooseberries. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent if somewhat rough.
