Copenhagen 15/11 2022. 33 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. BrewDog’s usual design with a steel can with a black and gold shield.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with citric notes. Peach and blood orange. More subdued scent of lemon and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed and balanced by a matching bitterness. Lingers for a while. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Quite potent and a little boozy specimen from the Custom Shop.
