Our October High Octane release is a 6% NZ West Coast IPA.
We took inspiration from the IPAs of the New World, creating a super drinkable IPA with balanced bitterness. The Nelson Sauvin and the Nectaron shine with a delightful aroma of gooseberry, passionfruit, pine, berries, citrus, and stone fruits.
Tropical and elegant.

Copenhagen 7/1 2023. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F Purple, pink and yellow version of BrewDog's usual design.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sa sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and sweet apricot. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tinging texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not as dramatic as the Butterfly Effect. But a solid, fruity West Coast IPA.
