Copenhagen 1/2 2023. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a dream-like landscape with sand dunes on the can.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as uneven and lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor with a perfumed and floral touch mingling with a light citric scent. Peach and pineapple. Sweet whiff of flowery perfume. Lime and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Not very Belgian - but tries to be a bit floral instead.
