Copenhagen 27/6 2019. 33 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kbh Ø. BrewDogs usual design in dark Green, Black and Silver.
Pours hazy, milky, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, fruity and with a strong fermented note. Sweet peach, mango and Passion fruit. Hints of fermentation. Medium strong citric notes of Grape fruit and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste has stronger bitterness with a sweet, fermented undercurrent.
Moderately bitter, well balanced, slightly boozy NEIPA.
