Copenhagen 7/1 2020. 33 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. The can seems to be a big BrewDog advertisement with their tagline “ Equity for Punks” in bold letters and a long text about the brewery, their investors and a call to join them.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a big bubbly white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer covering the of the beer. Slowly dissolving. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fresh with sweet exotic fruit and citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Pear. Lemon and citrus fruit. Fresh and uncomplicated.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is very much on the thin side. Medium sweet followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a short while.
Lives up to the summer in the name. A bit thin - but refreshing.
