Copenhagen 31/8 2021. 40,2 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Blue and purple can with a big focus on Nitro overshadowing both the name of the beer and brewery.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small tight beige head, Stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty, dark odor mingling with some metallic notes. Chocolate, toffee and vanilla. Whiff of metallic tin can.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, silken smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a while. Finish is silken and sweet.
For once a beer where the Nitro really makes a difference. As smooth as silk and with a fair intensity.
