We’ve teamed up with Scottish gods of ice cream Mackie’s for a rich and indulgent 7% stout with notes of honeycomb, caramel, chocolate, toffee and burnt sugar. Eat it before dessert, after dessert or forget dessert and just have this instead. We’ve only brewed a small batch of this. Get it before it melts away.

Copenhagen 22/9 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White ans orange can with a lady milking a cow,
Pours opaque dark brlwn with a mid-sized light beige head. Stable. Settles as a fine, almost transparent lyer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to rhetoric sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with candy.like sweet odor of ice cream and artificial berries. Sweet strawberry ice cream, sugar in abundance and cherries. Light tart notes. Sour milk and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a quiche heavy, candy.like sweetness followed by moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a sourish undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A very sweet dessert with a light tart touch.
