Spring Bock is a traditional Helles Bock that celebrates malt precision and lager craftsmanship. Softly bready and lightly sweet, it delivers rich malt depth without heaviness. Clean fermentation and restrained hopping keep the profile smooth and elegant, finishing crisp and balanced for a deceptively drinkable, strength-forward lager perfect for welcoming spring.

I got a pint of this beer off the tapper at The Grainery in Plain City, Ohio. It poured a clear golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had bock malt and grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
