Verymuch an American style layout at this brewery. Very modern with a chalkboard tap list in an industrial area. They had 8 different offerings on tap and a few more in bottles. Everything I tasted, and it was a lot was very good. There was a quesadilla stand that offered food. The beers came in various serving sizes and were reasonably priced.
The servers were very friendly and spoke to me about the beer and the brewery. When we were getting ready to leave, my wife tried to get us an Uber but they could not find the taproom for some reason and wanted us to walk to a pickup area on a rainy night. One server called a taxi for us since we don’t speak French. The other server poured us complementary beers while we waited for the taxi. When it arrived earlier than expected, she put the in to go cups for the ride. That is some service
