Brewed by Banjalucka pivara under the licence from Koenig Ludwing International.
This weizen is not bottle conditioned nor filtered. It is pasteurized.
When on room temperature and not disturbed, looks like kristall weizen.
Mine was coolet to 5c, poured in Maisel's Weisse glass.Hazy with color of apricot nectar.Light foam that sicks around for a while.Smells light of banana, ripe williams pears and clove.
Medium carbonation with light citrus bite, followed with fruity sensations.Banana, cantelope and field honey is what i could pick. Its followed with drynes and taste of clove.Finish is composed of bread and and green vegetables .Not very clean or provoking next sip.
All taste and smell sensations are pretty weak and hard to pick.
Overal, a Weizen for hot season and thirst. Not much to savour and write about! This might be due to pasteurisation....
