I had this a number of times, and I'm surprised I have not rated it yet. Got it at Globe in 4-pack 16oz cans.
I'm remembering back a month or two, and although nothing stood, I remember liking everything about it.

This beer pours a hay ginger color with a large head. The aroma that hits me first is fresh ginger, complete with the earthy peel, followed by a little peppery spice. The aroma is really quite subtle. The flavor leads with some clove and ginger, followed by a slightly sweet peach flavor, rounding out to classic saison funk that gives a mellow finish. The mouthfeel is fizzy and sticky. Overall this is an alright beer, refreshing and fun. It is not a serious Belgian style, but it is not trying to be. Flavors like peach in beer can go well wrong, and this avoid the trap of overly sweet artificiality.

Poured from a 16 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky light orange or peach color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is citrus, yeast, ginger and hops. The taste is where the ginger is noticed along with the citrus. A pretty unique flavor.

This is not a beer I would purchase all the time. It would be fine to take to a cookout for burgers and dogs. Better than BMC (Bud, Miller, Coors). Have a great day my friends.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 11/15/2015. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, peach, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, clove, ginger, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, peach/ginger, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, peach, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, clove, ginger, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of ginger/peppery yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, peach, apricot, pear, apple, grape, pepper, clove, ginger, wheat, cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, ginger/peach, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly creamy/bready/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a very nice fruit/spiced session saison style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, ginger/peach, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Served in a Tumbler.
Look : Hazy pear juice colored body, 80% transparency. The head starts off very rocky and large, off-white, and then fizzles down to a carbonated soda-looking ring. Lace is left in wide stereo soap bubbles lining the glass at random.
Smell : Lots of wonderful floral aromas in this Saison. The peach is there, with apricot and pear, and some spice and clove...but I'm missing the ginger in the aroma. A heavy malty base with not much hop talking here. Still, not a bad nose.
Taste : Slightly washed out, but this beer actually clashes really badly. I have a clean palate, so this beer is literally clashing with itself. The ginger is there, but it's more in root scrapings and ginger wafers, followed by club soda and a faint diacetyl with a ghost note of peach. A hop bite comes much later and ends with light pine and fuzzy peach skin.
By the time it warms up and the carbonation evaporates a bit, it becomes a drain pour.
Feel : Highly refreshing, a nice dose of carbonation mixed with a light creaminesss and tart bite. They nailed it on the feel.
Overall : It was not very impressive. I'll pass on this next time.
