We have taken our time to develop a unique IPA that fuses the best characteristics of both coasts. Coastal Fusion has big, juicy citrus notes upfront with a dry, bitter finish.

Drink by 12/22/18
Pours an effervescent & hazed amber with 3 fingers of fluffy ivory colored head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Slight citrus, some breadyness & grass, builds as it warms
T: Orange & grapefruit, plus flinty dryness up front. Pomelo & juicyness as this warms, a little pineaple too. Finishes with sweet & sour orange notes, plenty dry with a little pineapple & pine lurking in the corners
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation, great balance
Very easy to drink, one of their better IPAs IMHO

Poured into a Tallgrass tumbler.
The beer is burnt orange with a light khaki head that recedes to a nice film. Lacing is random splotches and thin horizontal lines. The aroma is heavy on the cedar wood and hop spiciness. The taste leans toward orange and grapefruit rind, not overly bitter. Has a very dry, woody finish with more citrus zest in the aftertaste. Maybe slight hints of sweet tropical fruit but that is hidden. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, dry. 7% ABV is about how it feels.
Overall, I’m not sure about the marketing on this but it’s an IPA that has some spice, wood, citrus, and just a touch of fruit.
