Hazy amber color with a thick thin head with decent retention.
Original aroma with notes of vanilla, elegant whiskey, pineapple, white wine, apples and biscuit.
Flavor with notes of whiskey, vanilla, a bit of rye, green grapes and apples, orange marmalade, cloves, banana, honey and pears. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness and a pleasant booze note.
Full body with creamy and slightly effervescent carbonation. Alcohol of 9.5% feels much lower and it is a flavor contributor.
Very good Tripel with original notes and complexity with a superior nose for the style. Both Whiskey and rye don't steal all attention.
