"IPA with peaches and dry-hopped with Cascade whole leaf hops."

Had a couple pints at the Republic.

First pint had a fizzy beige head, while the second looked a little better. Decent retention with some sticky lace lace. Color is a slight hazed autumn gold.

Aroma: Very earthy, floral, and fresh. A nice amount of citrus flavors. The peaches show nicely and are not overly sweet. Nice and fruity.

Taste: Not as big of a floral hop profile as the nose, but rather pine flavored. Grapefruit citrus and fresh fruits. The peaches add a nice flavor here. Not very malty at all.

Mouthfeel: Clean with a slight bitterness. It ends sticky, but other than that it shows little ipa resemblance in regards to the bitterness. Medium bodied with a lower amount of carbonation.

Overall, a pleasant treat from Tallgrass. Please keep sending these firkins up here as they are all enjoyable. This drinks quick and easy. Love the peaches.
