A: Light copper, orange-honey hue. Little head and no lacing.
S: Faint diacetyl and sweet. Strong malt aroma, faint alcohol and fruitiness. A little too much grass.
M:Sharp, finely carbonated beginning. A tad watery thereafter, but with a medium body (buttery feel).
T: Malt forward with diacetyl. Biscuit and faint grass towards the middle, but fading quickly. Heavy grapefruit bitterness on end is only evidence of hops.
O: I'm not a big bock drinker; the German lagers I gravitate to are Marzens, pilsners, and viennas. However, if forced to drink bocks, this is a solid choice.
