Appearance: orange / copper in color with a 1" head that quickly falls to a spotty surface foam. Few carbonation bubbles slowly rise.
Smell: the nose detects a simple malty sweetness.
Taste: large malty goodness softened by a honey sweetness, orange citrus, and a nice bitterness level. Alcohol level is slightly noticeable.
Mouthfeel: crisp at the start, smooth at the finish. The sweet malt and honey tones lingers long after swallowing.Medium-heavy in body.
Drinkability: a solid version of the style that really grew on me as the pint glass emptied and warmed slightly. Worth trying amongst the numerous beers offered here.

Pours a nice slightly cloudy pale amber with a short creamy head, decent carbonation and moderately lacey. Smells of moderate hops, some floral notes, and a little malts. Taste follows, matching the scents with a very pleasant blend of hops and malts, perhaps a bit of spice? A well balanced beer that I would definitely have again.
