32 ounce growler pour from the Green Growler Grocery in Croton-on-Hudson, NY
Pours hazed medium amber, head is on the looser side, off white, pretty long lasting and for lack of a better word, quality looking. Leaves some light webs, bits and spots of lacing.
Nose is just lightly of flowery hops.
Tasty and enjoyable enough pale, moderate grainy hoppyness, over a balancing and equally moderate blanket of caramel malts. Again to the hops in the finish. Nice job here by Chelsea.
Easy drinking with the 7% nowhere to be found. Nice everyday kinda brew.

A: The beer is slightly hazy light copper in color and has no evidence of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin off white head that left lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are light aromas of fruits from the yeast in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has a light amount of bitterness with flavors of fruity yeast and bready malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, smooth and slightly creamy on the palate with a low amount of carbonation.
O: The beer goes down very smoothly and is easy to drink. It’s quite flavorful for the style.
