A Chelsea porter? Well, why not? Looks good, dark brown with some creamy beige head. Overwhelming aroma of diacetyl with a little bit of roasty coffee background. Some sweet malt and butter combo with a little roast. Not sure what the high and dry is a reference to, but dry this porter is not. Slightly slick mouthfeel, slightly poor yeast management. When their beer is right, it's pretty good, but this one is not there. Hopefully they turn it around on the next batch.
