A: Pours a clear mahogany reddish brown in color with a half finger tall off-white head. The head reduces to a slightly thick layer over the entire surface of the beer. Significant lacing is observed.
S: Aroma is on the lighter side especially for a DIPA, there are some light hints of caramel malts and a lot of citrus hops.
T: Flavor is dominated by the citrus hops but it is not as intense as a lot of other DIPAs and there is a light lingering citrus bitterness. There are some very light notes of the caramel malts. The balance on this beer seems to be a little off - too little hops perhaps.
M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. There is a light resin-like stickiness and some creaminess.
O: Really light in the body for a DIPA and very refreshing without the over the top bitterness that you sometimes encounter in the style. Not quite the maltiness that I was hoping and expecting but glad to try this one.

A: The beer is clear reddish amber in color. It poured with a thin beige head that died down leaving lacing on the surface and a thick ring of dense bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: The smell has malty aromas and hints of citrusy hops.
T: Like the smell, the taste is quite malty and has hints of caramel malts. Only a slight amount of bitterness is detectable.
M: It feels medium-bodied and creamy on the palate with a moderate to high amount of carbonation.
O: This is beer is relatively easy to drink compared to others in the style because the alcohol is well hidden from the taste.
