A: Poured a deep hazy amber color with a small whispy dirty white cap
S: Heavy bourbon aroma with a big Earthiness, caramel, wood and a sharp booze presence stinging the nostrils
T: Taste is bready and Earthy right upfront with a splash of bourbon. I get some caramel corn, wood, some faded citrus and maple syrup. The finish is a bit sweet, yet somewhat drying and lingering
M: Medium bodied if that, I did feel it was a bit thin and lacking. It feels sweet and hot, lots of caramel and syrup coats the mouth
O: I'm not sure this is a double batch of DOA. It did feel pretty thin and the bourbon sordove ran away with this beer at times....
