A tangerine Berlinerweiss. On tap at the Powell pub.
A hazy, juicy, pulpy orange with no head or lacing, this looks OK. The nose it's noticeably grainy and wheaty with a pronounced, almost raw wheat aroma. Very fruity as week, with a big orange juice note. The palate opens fruity and juicy with a lot of orange and tangerine flavor, a good amount of bread and some grain and a little pulp. Drying and fruity on the finish, the pulp keeps this from being light on the palate. Carbonation is moderate. Solid stuff.
