On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, Seattle. Woodford Barrel Aged.
A: A clear dark brown with an off-white ring around the snifter.
S: Bourbon, heavy malts.
T: The bourbon taste is so smooth and sweet, surrounding sinfully good malts. This is a malt bomb, as good eisbocks are, complimented by the Woodford bourbon. Dark fruits drop in for a chunky finish. Even deadlier as it warms.
M: Medium to heavy with medium, chewy carbonation.
O: One of my top five beers from visiting the the Pacific Northwest. Deadly drinkable, but sip and savor.
