16 oz can poured into a tulip glass canned on 10/31
A: Murky orange Amber body with a soapy small white head.
S: Smells vine like very green
T: You get hit with that vine like quality then go smacked with some berries and like an undercurrent of fruit underneath this bitterness.
M: Medium bodied, lowish carbonation a little thicker than most IPAs.
O: This beer is pretty amazing. First off if you are expecting a NEIPA this is not it. However, there take on it is quite an amazing experience. They went with the lowish carbonation, but this beer starts out bitter and green then develops the fruit flavors. It is not a juice bomb though so if you are looking for that skip it.

A little ugly of an opaque yellow muddled with brown. Good frothy white head that almost completely dissipates, and leaves minor traces of lace.
Smell is great; tons of tropical fruit juice and a substantial amount of pine.
The flavors seem to flip flop very quickly from tropical juices of mango, papaya, and melon then almost immediately transform into citrus and pine.
For the style, the texture is a little too crisp. God, what the hell am I saying, that's usually my jam! But it doesn't work perfectly for this as it lacks a softness and creaminess. I enjoy the elevated bitterness in the finish.
I believe that this is HUB's first crack at the NE style (at least in cans?), and I'm pretty impressed. If they go with it regularly, I'd buy it again. Cheers!
