Nice, hazy burnt orange color with a tan head, all in support of a nose featuring resiny pine and sweet fruity hops, and a healthy caramalt component.
The taste is very balanced - really easy to pound a bomber of this sorta old school IPA. The malt base makes this beer, IMHO. A pleasure to drink, my first from this brewery.

Clear yellow amber brew with some wispy foam in the chalice. Inviting aroma of honeysuckle and orange, but also pine and compost. Darkish malt and a little muddy . So much fruit going on. Mango and overripe pineapple. Dry finish.
Interesting, but it starts tasting like alcoholic pineapple-orange juice with an astringent, woody finish. Hops are Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.

Will have to revisit for a proper review, but this was another damn good way to celebrate HUB's 10th Anniversary. A breath of fresh air with a bright clean IPA just like the ones they started with. Bold juicy flavors along with a sweet chili pepper like thing going on make it superbly unique and delicious. It's clean, somewhat crisp, mildly bitter, but ultimately very easy to drink. From on tap at the source and from the bottle, this proved to be a winner. Cheers
