Brewed with local, fresh Strata hops that impart bright, citrus flavors. Motueka hops amplify this Fresh Hop IPA into the citrus stratosphere.

another good beer from HUB. I think they may be very under rated as a great brewery. All the beers I've had from them have been really good to excellent. Their Winter Abominable is my favorite, and this one is really good. Fresh hopped beer is one of my favorite styles and of course you can only get it in the late Summer to Fall. Had this one on tap at the Vancouver brewery. Rated 9-16-2020

16oz can from Craft Brewers. Medium to dark golden, hazy, small tight head. Light citrus aroma, oranges. Taste is more soft citrusy, oranges, tangerines. Finishes with a touch of citrus oil.

a really exceptional fresh hop hazy ipa here, my first of the year, boy do i love this season, brief as it always is, i plan to drink all of these that i can this year! i dont know what the hops are here, but its a nice mix, maybe mosaic and centennial, a fruity but familiar element and a dank pink higher alpha classic northwestern side as well, nothing radical or way out there in terms of aroma or flavor of the hops, but the quality of the ingredients is evident, the freshness and the fresh hop texture are on point, and the beer overall is balanced, drinkable, and probably the best ipa type i have had from these guys to date! its not overly hazy, has a little deeper color to it, but is still well short of orange or anything suggesting much crystal malt. the head is tall and white and sudsy and lasting, and there is a lot of carbonation here. the label art on the cans is awesome too! the aroma and flavor show sticky fresh character to me, drippy and oily, with notes of canned pineapple, spruce and juniper, and even floral honey pungency. some marijuana characteristics here, fresh kiwi fruit and green melon too, and there is a lushness about this that keeps it kind of light. there is only moderate bitterness here, but this is just packed with hop character, drinkable as they get too, nothing forced or heavy about it, really well refined, and pretty much exactly what i look for in the style. an impressive specimen, glad i found these!

16oz canned in early September poured into a nonic; lovely golden haze with a foamy and creamy off-white head that laces well; citrus hops; green vine character; slight piney bitterness; dankness too...crisp grainy malt backing up the citrus-forward notes of orange from the hops...refreshing, and crushable, light-feeling at 6%abv. Just an all-around solid fresh-hop brew from HUB.

16oz can (canned 9/2/2020) into a tulip. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a fluffy white head.

Aroma is a big juicy burst of citrusy fresh hops. This is what I've been waiting for. The last couple of fresh hop beers I've had, while good, have been somewhat muted, but this one delivers the goods.

Taste is likewise juicy, citrusy, delicious. Pale, gently grainy malt holds it together but the focus is on the green fresh hops. Lively alpha acids dance on the palate.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, crisp, drinkable. This is going to be gone before I know it.

Overall an outstanding IPA, really nicely put together.
