We brewed this beer with our neighbors at Assembly Brewing as a fundraiser for the Oregon Brewer's Guild Mashing Barriers internship program. This hazy IPA was made using predominantly British ingredients to give it a different twist.

This beer is quite interesting, in that it has a mellow malt taste (biscuits) and also mellow hop taste. It pours a medium head with an off golden color. The hop taste is mild with little bite at the finish. It does not taste like a 7ABV beer. Easy drinking, could be dangerous. Rated 9-22-2022
