Just had this beer today and not as sweet as I expected. They got a good balance between the maple and hazelnut flavors, but it still is more of a sipping beer, though with the right foods, I had a sweet vegetable pizza, and it complimented very nicely. It is dark and fairly strong so be careful. Goes down pretty smooth with a little bit of a hop bite. For all the flavor it has on the taste the aroma was a little weak. It had a medium tan head that stayed for a minute or two. Rated 1-27-2025
