Appearance: pours a dark black. Slightly small head, which seemed to dissipate quickly. Smell: somewhat of a chocolate biscuit aroma. A little smokiness. Mouth feel: a little thin at first but as it warmed up it seemed to thicken a bit, if that even make sense! Good carbonation. Taste: dark chocolate, perhaps a little burnt flavor, but not in a bad way. Definite smokiness that lingers on the tongue.

This brew pours solid black with some red/brown highlights when held up to the light. There is a thin mocha head which lasts for a few minuets, light lacing.
The smell is chocolate with some burnt coffee and roasted malts. There is also a light milky smell. Nothing really "pops" though.
The taste follows the nose with burnt coffee and roasted malts dominating. There is also a milky taste on the back end with just enough hops to prevent this from becoming too sweet.
The mouthfeel was surprisingly thick, bready and chewy. This brew goes down smoothly.
Overall, there is nothing bad here but nothing really good either. I would consider this an average porter. Try it though, you might like it better than I do.

A- pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Small amount of lacing around the glass.
S- mostly malt and coffee smell.
T- classic porter taste of coffee bean maybe coca and balanced well with some caramel or molasses or something sweet which I really like. Finishes with slight bitterness of hops.
M- full bodied porter very drinkable beer not dry or bitter aftertaste.
O- I enjoyed it and would drink it again. I would buy a case and drink at home. Nothing great or complex but enjoyable.
