No Sachromyces was harmed in the making of this beer. The wild yeast Brettanomyces was added to pale malts and a ton of Citra and Centennial. Dry hopped with more citra and centennial, this funky beer is full of citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Appearance is a light brownish copper with a finger of head. The head dissipated steadily but still left nice lacing behind. The nose is delightfully hoppy. The body is delicate and very light. The flavor profile included subtle malt and hop notes - the key word here is "subtle," as in too subtle. The finish is dry and becomes more bitter as one moves down the glass.
