A - Pours a hazy, dark orange color with a minimal lacing ring and very little carbonation.
S - Light, bright tropical fruit aroma of mangos, citrus, pineapple, papaya, little to no malt presence in the aroma. Served pretty cold on tap so the aromas are being muted by the serving temperature.
T - This is where the beer really shine with lots of fruity, hoppy dankness from start to finish. Pineapple, mangos, lychee fruit, passion fruit, grapefruit, apricot, floral presence, and a sharp pine/citrus bite at the very end that hangs around for a really long time..
M - Medium body, aggressively coats the mouth with fruit rind dankness that creates almost a cotton-like sensation. The ABV is extremely well hidden.
O - Hop'solutely is my absolute favorite from these guys and I think this rivals that particular beer. A total hop bomb and a very different anima than 'Hopso, very enjoyable, this beer is a winner!

It's not often that Brew Works puts out an IPA that really impresses me. The beer poured out as a hazy orange color. The smell if full of hops and tropical fruity notes. The taste has a solid malt profile with an even more solid hop profile. The feel is medium bodied. Overall very nice, pleasantly surprised.

Light copper in color. Mildly hoppy nose for a DIPA. Light bodied with a fresh piney flavor and a nice hoppy finish. The alcohol is well hidden in this offering.
The original Apocalypse in 9/8 remains one of my all-time favorite DIPAs. This one is good but falls just short of its daddy.
