Appearance is burnt copper with a healthy finger of head that retains well and leaves nice lacing all the way down the mug. The nose is both fruity and earthy. Bready and malty upfront with a finish that is both pleasantly hoppy and dry. Great example of a rare style.

On tap at the Bethlehem Brew Pub. A little surprised to see this style, I don't run into very many of them at Brew Pubs.

Poured a deeper golden color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, citrus and very light chocolate lurking in the background. Tastes of caramel and cocoa with a light hop finish. Lacing left on the glass.
