The nitro tap made this stuff look fantastic. The pour was like a yellow Guinness or most specifically a Boddingtons. The nitro gave it a hazy white color at first, that settled into a clean clear yellow with a beautiful creamy white marshmallow looking head. The smell is light and grainy, has a slight sweetness too. The taste was light and has a nice subtle sweetness to it. The mouthfeel was light and kind of refreshing. Overall I'm not a huge fan of cream ales but this one I found to be pretty nice. I would drink this one again.

Reviewed on 12/18/2009. On nitro at the Allentown location. Pours a clear yellow with a thick nitro head. Aroma of sweet honey and bready malt. Flavor of sweet pale malts and honey initially with a bready, wheaty finish. A decent beer to slug back but nothing too complex.

On tap at the Bethlehem location. I remember the description saying it was brewed with a ton of honey.
Poured a light straw color wtih a small sized white head. Aromas of honey and some grains. Tastes of stronger honey, grains and malty sweetness. The honey was definitely there and a lot stronger in the tastes. I'm not overly crazy about honey though...
