Labelled as "Bethlehem DIPA" at Capone's in Norristown, PA - this one seems to fit the bill. On-tap.

Pours a clear dark copper color with a one-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a thin layer on top leaving decent lacing.

Smells of grainy malts with a hint of minerals. Lurking in the background and intensifying as the beer warms are citrus and floral hop notes.

Tastes similar to how it smells. Robust malt flavors - mostly caramel but without the normal sweetness - kick things off and are joined midway through the sip by tempered amounts of citrus hops. The hops warily carry through to a solidly bitter ending.

Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with slightly above average carbonation.

Drinkability is alright. I finished my glass but I'm not sure about another.

Overall this smelled and tasted like a DIPA in which the hop bill was mistakenly cut in half. Just not a whole lot of hop character going on here but it still managed to be a decent beer.

Stopped in at BBW for lunch, and decided to get a hop fix. Poured into a 13oz flute style glass.

Appearance: Color is a slightly cloudy amber. A full pour didn't leave much room for any head, only about a half inch or so. It has some nice retention with what little head was available, and there was plenty of thick soapy lacing.

Smell: A very nice citrusy grapefruit smell. Not at all overpowering, and there is a definite, albeit subtle, malt backbone to provide a nice balance in the nose.

Taste: Wow. I've had several of the BBW beer offerings, and none have really tasted outstanding. This beer changes that. Lots of bitter grapefruit from the hops, and there is a very robust malt backbone that provides some nice balance to the brew. The 10.5% ABV is also hidden very nicely.

Mouthfeel: Unfortunately, this is where the beer takes a turn for the worst. The beer is under-carbonated and has an unpleasant buttery texture. Definitely takes the beer down a few notches.

Drinkability: A surprisingly tasty brew, one of the best tasting BBW beers I've had. Unfortunately, the mouthfeel basically ruined this beer for me, and really took away from the quality of this otherwise tasty beer. The hops pulled me in, but the mouthfeel (if you pardon the pun) just left a bad taste in my mouth. I would very much like to attribute the poor drinkability to a bad pour or a dirty glass. Not sure if I'll make it down to Bethlehem to try it again before it gets kicked, but if I do I will absolutely give this one another try.
