Hazebros, step back. This is a resinous, piney 6.2% ABV masterpiece with low flocculation (a fancy brewing term that refers to clarity) styled after the classic hop-forward beer we all cut our teeth on before everything went hazy.

Apparently one of the cheap ways to get a good hop bite in an American IPA is to reduce the barley malt so the hops can stand out. After a pint can's contents are emptied into a clear glass liter mug, that looks like what's going on here. A modest pour and a big fluffy stark white foam on top shows a brew that has substituted wheat for barley in the wort. Other than that, the liquid is American adjunct lager light amber and nearly translucent. There's a vague aroma singularly of some hops, another sign that there's too much wheat here. At first try, most noticed is how thin the mouthfeel, no doubt wheat the culprit. Barley based adjunct lagers do better. Sadly, there's no inverse gain. The hopping is mild and indistinctive. There's really not much good to add to this description other than the glass lacing is just slightly better than nonexistent.
